[ Sizhui is very uncertain about this, considering that the Huntress is trying to hide, but the effect she has on people is hardly going to remain hidden - especially so close to the Beastmaster's lair. They were promised a reward for concealing her, but what will the consequences be when they fail to do so?

But also Sizhui's trust in his father is absolute, so he nods to himself and accepts his elder's decision, as he knows he needs to. And knowing that Hanguang-jun will never lead him astray from safety. ]

Then again, he has seen how some of Hanguang-jun and Senior Wei's conversations go. Perhaps he understands why Hanguang-jun would assume otherwise. ]

I would try to talk with him about it first, Hanguang-jun. He takes to people deciding for him even less easily - but he may listen when it's about helping others. And his safety will ensure that, will it not?

[ It is not the reason why they want to protect him, of course, but that doesn't make it less real. ]
